Surprising gaps in software versus initial expectations
Before purchasing WFHI’s software, I had certain expectations about how seamlessly it would integrate with my remote workflows. Unfortunately, the actual experience fell short in several respects. The sign-up process was clear enough, but the database setup was more cumbersome than I had anticipated. I expected the dashboard to be more intuitive, yet finding and customizing contact groups demanded more effort than I thought would be necessary. The calling tools worked reliably but lacked some ease of use I had assumed from prior information. Automatic updates sometimes caused confusion by altering familiar layouts without clear notices. While telephonic support was polite and helpful when eventually reached, there were delays in getting through initially. I will grant that invoicing and payment processes were clear and timely, which was reassuring amid other challenges. Overall, the software did not fully match my prior understanding of its simplicity and responsiveness. I am somewhat disappointed by the surprising gaps and the extra effort required to get comfortable with its features. It definitely requires patience and perhaps a more technical approach than I was fully prepared for.
