Surprising ease with mixed information
During my journey with WFHI, I was surprised at how straightforward it was to find certain materials, but not everything was as easy. The training process guided me to useful resources, though I felt overwhelmed when diving into technical aspects. Videos were accessible but lacked hands-on examples that would’ve helped my learning. Some key features I struggled to find initially, but once I navigated the dashboard, I figured out where everything was located. On the one hand, this was a positive experience in terms of accessibility, yet I was still baffled at how scattered some training materials felt. It seemed like they meant well, but it would have benefited from being more organized. I was taken aback by how much I had to dig around for the information I needed. Overall, locating the information did not feel hopeless, yet it did leave me wanting a more streamlined onboarding process.
