Surprising delays but eventual support restored confidence

The telephonic support was helpful once I finally reached a representative knowledgeable enough to provide guidance, although the wait times were longer than anticipated. It took several attempts before the priority assistance team could address my issues adequately, which was inconvenient and slowed down my workflow during that period. On the other hand, the automatic updates kept the software fairly up to date without requiring manual intervention, which I appreciated. Additionally, once the support connection was established, the communication was professional and thorough, resolving several concerns I had about software configuration. Overall, I was caught off guard by the time taken to get going but found reassurance in the eventual quality of the assistance provided.
