Surprising amount of repetition and delays in purchase process
The pre-purchase experience was more drawn out than I anticipated. I had several sessions of explaining my needs to the sales team, sometimes feeling like I was repeating myself or clarifying the same points multiple times to different representatives. This repetition was somewhat frustrating and made the process feel less efficient than it could have been. Additionally, there were occasional waits of a few days for responses or confirmations, particularly during invoicing discussions, which slowed down the overall progress. On the positive side, the sales staff appeared knowledgeable and tried to accommodate my questions about software capabilities and payment terms. Yet, I was expecting smoother communication without the need to repeat information so frequently. The overall experience taught me to be patient with such purchases, and I appreciate that the invoicing process was ultimately clear once I received the documents. I hope that future customers might experience fewer delays and less redundancy during the sign-up and setup parts to keep it more streamlined. So, while there were both positive and negative points on timing and communication, the end result was satisfactory but somewhat surprising in its drawn-out nature.
