Surprised to find it so complicated compared to previous trainings

I had expected the training and onboarding with WorkFromHomeIndia to be much easier, given my prior experience with similar software solutions. However, what surprised me was how complicated and disorganized the process felt from the start. Unlike previous programs where each step built logically on the last, here I was jumping between different modules and tools without a clear sense of progression. The training materials were lengthy but scattered, making it tough to keep focus without getting lost. Also, the dialer and database features were introduced early, but I wasn’t ready to use them effectively, which led to confusion. I kept thinking this felt much harder than my earlier experiences. The telephonic support didn’t always clarify my doubts as I had hoped, often redirecting me to forums rather than providing direct answers. The sign-up and invoicing process, on the other hand, was straightforward, so that was at least one positive aspect. Overall, I had higher expectations based on what I had used before. This training seemed more complex and less user-friendly, which was quite disappointing considering the software’s purpose. I expected a smoother onboarding but instead found myself frustrated and struggling to keep up.
