Surprised the support wording felt formal but the assistance was less clear
I found it surprising that the support communication appeared quite formal and standardized, which initially felt reassuring. However, once I reached out by phone, some of the explanations I received seemed vague or didn’t fully address my question. The scripted responses sometimes left me unsure if they truly understood my issue. There was a small reservation I have about how well the support actually translates the software terminology into practical advice. On the positive side, the priority assistance did respond quickly and was polite throughout the call. Still, I wish the communication style was a bit more conversational and tailored to users unfamiliar with the terms.
