Surprised that training didn't cover error handling well
I was a bit taken aback by how the training handled things when stuff went wrong. It was all fine when the calls connected and the software functioned normally, but the moment I faced errors like connection drops or database sync problems, there wasn’t much guidance. I mean, I was expecting at least some advice on troubleshooting or how to contact support quickly, but it felt like those moments were just glossed over. Also, the onboarding just moved ahead without addressing potential mishaps. I kept thinking about how beginners must feel when they don’t have a clear path for problem-solving. There was training on using the dialer and the database features, yes, but handling unexpected failures — that was surprisingly minimal. I found myself circling back to recheck manuals or try random fixes because the training didn’t prepare me for that. It caught me off guard, because I thought training would include handling common issues so I wouldn’t get stuck. It was a bigger gap than I anticipated and made the early days of using the software a bit frustrating overall.
