Surprised that labeling caused confusion throughout purchase

What caught me off guard during the sales and pre-purchase phase was how confusing some of the wording and labels were across the platform. I had expected clearer definitions especially around subscription tiers and features included, but many headings felt ambiguous or too technical without enough explanation. For instance, it was not always obvious which training packages were included with which software access level, and some labels on calling tools were inconsistent. This ambiguity led me to spend extra time double-checking facts and rereading materials, slowing down my decision-making process. On the positive side, the sign-up and invoicing parts were straightforward, so at least the payment steps didn’t add to the confusion. I also appreciated the availability of telephonic support, which helped clarify some doubts, although the support team sometimes had to double-check details on their end as well. They seemed helpful and patient, but it was somewhat surprising to encounter this kind of terminology challenge in a professional software service. Overall, while the software itself appears competent, the initial sales experience was hindered by unclear descriptions that made it harder to navigate through what should have been simple choices.
