The software’s main portal has a lot of information, but the specific lines and timings for direct phone support are somewhat buried under layers of menus. Once I found the right number, the experience improved considerably as the staff were both patient and knowledgeable. I appreciate that these details are provided, but it could be highlighted better to reduce the time spent searching. Additionally, the automatic updates frequently included changes that weren’t immediately explained, which led to some confusion until I could contact support. This aspect could be improved for better clarity. Overall, the quality of communication once connected was good, but accessing that communication point was more challenging than expected, which was a surprise given the otherwise user-friendly design.
