Surprised me how confusing onboarding was

I started the training with optimism but soon found myself confused by the wording and labels used throughout the onboarding process. The instructions seemed vague at times, making it difficult to understand what step I was supposed to take next. For example, the labels for some functions like the dialer and database management didn’t clearly correspond with what I expected from the descriptions. It felt like I was going in circles, trying to figure out where exactly to click to move on with the training. The support calls were helpful, but the terminology they used assumed more prior knowledge than I had. I expected the onboarding to be more straightforward, especially since it was meant to set people up for remote work. Overall, the training process was frustrating and slowed down getting on board with the software.
