Surprised it took so long just to get started
I was really expecting to be up and running quickly, but honestly, it took way longer than I thought. The software access was promised to be straightforward, but I struggled to log in and get any useful onboarding info in the first day. Even the automatic updates didn't seem to kick in right away, so I was stuck figuring out what to do next without clear guidance. This delay was very frustrating as I had set aside time to set everything up but ended up wasting many hours just trying to get through the initial steps. Telephonic support was there, but the wait times meant I didn't want to keep calling back repeatedly. It felt like the sign-up and invoicing processes were easier compared to the actual access to software. I had hoped for a smoother start for what I paid for, but instead it felt like I was on hold or trying to decode instructions at every step. I ended up questioning if it would be worth continuing with the training and using the calling tools given how complicated this initial waiting was. I guess I expected the onboarding flow to be much simpler than it turned out to be after all that time.
