Surprised how well training fit my busy work times
I was genuinely surprised by how well the training sessions matched my actual work hours. I didn't expect it to be so convenient, but it made getting comfortable with the calling tools and database features a lot easier. The onboarding steps suited my routine better than I thought they would, meaning I could progress without much interference. It was straightforward enough that I rarely had to adjust my schedule drastically. The only minor thing was that some of the automated updates could pause for a moment during use, which was a bit distracting. Still, overall, the support and training fit my needs well enough that I felt ready to use the software confidently. I wasn’t anticipating that level of alignment with my timing when I signed up.
