Surprised how training fit but also missed my hours
When I started training and onboarding, I was curious about how well the schedule would match the hours I work daily. Honestly, the times for live sessions or support availability were somewhat different from what I do in reality. It wasn’t a deal-breaker but it was surprising that there wasn’t more flexibility for people working outside typical hours. I liked that recorded training modules were available, which allowed me to manage around my timings without losing out. However, some parts of onboarding required real-time interaction, and that was slightly inconvenient because I had to adjust my work hours. I found the training material decent and relevant, it just felt like the timing wasn’t fully optimized for my routine as of now. The software itself was accessible easily outside those sessions, so I could practice at my convenience. Overall, a mixed bag where the timing aspect was limiting but the content and system worked well enough to keep me engaged and confident going forward.
