Surprised how support barely kept up after the first day

When I first signed up for WFHI's software, the initial onboarding and setup went reasonably well. I had managed to get through signing up, configuring the basic database features, and setting up the dialer with some effort. However, the real surprise came when I tried to use it day to day the following week. The calling tools started to act unpredictably with dropped connections and delays. The automatic updates seemed to introduce new bugs instead of fixing issues. Each time I called telephonic support, the wait was long, and the guidance offered was vague or inconsistent. Over the days, I had to repeatedly explain the problems I was facing, only to receive patchy solutions that didn’t last. This inconsistent experience contrasted sharply with the more straightforward process I had expected. The invoicing system also raised questions since invoices took longer than expected to arrive and lacked some necessary details. Overall, I’m frustrated by how much effort WFHI’s software demanded daily just to keep it functional. The poor support communication and unexpected software behavior caught me off guard, especially after what I had heard about their onboarding process. It’s clear to me now that heavy troubleshooting might be a constant if I stick with this service, which is disappointing.
