Surprised how poorly issues were handled
I was genuinely surprised at how the training handled things when problems started to occur. Right from the beginning, it seemed the process was rigid, and when I faced difficulties with the dialer and calling tools, the training couldn’t provide the kind of flexible guidance I expected. The troubleshooting support was quite basic and often didn’t address the specific issues I encountered, which made me feel unsupported. When I tried to reach telephonic support, the wait times were longer than reasonable, and the advice given was sometimes generic rather than tailored to my problems. Even more, the automatic updates occasionally disrupted my workflow, and there was no preparation or explanation for that during training. The invoicing and payment setup was simpler but didn’t enhance my confidence because the main technical problems overshadowed the experience. Overall, I expected a more responsive and helpful system that could guide me through issues effectively, but instead, I was left frustrated. It showed me that despite initial promises, the support network and training might not be ready to deal with the realities of software hiccups in remote work.
