Surprised how much they left for self-learning
Looking back, I think what caught me off guard was how much the WFHI software expects you to figure out on your own despite having support available. The telephonic assistance was polite and not unhelpful, but it often felt like they guided rather than solved outright. The automatic updates sometimes changed interfaces, so I had to relearn parts of the database or dialer configs by trial. Their communication isn’t pushy about these changes; it’s more like, you’ll discover as you go. It wasn't unpleasant, but it did demand a fair bit of independent effort. For a training package, I expected a bit more hand-holding or detailed documentation proactively shared. Still, I appreciate that the software is flexible and can fit a lot of workflows once you get the hang of it yourself, which took a bit longer than I initially thought.
