Surprised how much setup was ongoing, not just once-off
I wasn’t quite sure what to expect when I went through the WFHI sales and onboarding process, and what caught me off-guard was the balance between one-off setup tasks and ongoing maintenance. Initially, signing up and getting the training done felt pretty standard — it was straightforward enough and moved quickly, which I appreciated. But as I began to integrate the calling tools and database into my daily work, I realized the real effort was continuous. There were updates to the software that automatically rolled out but still required me to adjust a bit each time. The invoicing and payment side worked fine, but a few times I had to call support for clarifications on things I didn’t spot at first. So setup wasn’t just about the beginning but an evolving process, which I didn’t expect to this extent. Overall, I think the software is still quite capable, but if you’re expecting a completely hands-off experience after the first steps, you might be surprised by how much ongoing engagement it needs.
