Honestly, I thought once the onboarding was done, I’d get more ongoing support to help with daily use and troubleshooting. But I found surprisingly that a lot of the setup felt like one-off tasks — once completed, I was largely on my own. The telephonic support was helpful in explaining how to use calling tools and the database initially, but that assistance wasn’t really ongoing. Training sessions were clear, yet I found myself having to refer back to documentation rather than calling for help repeatedly. That made me realize that for this software, continual support isn't really part of the deal, just the foundation is laid for you to operate independently. Signing up and invoicing was straightforward, I’ll give credit for that, but it was the support model that caught me off guard. I expected a more ongoing partnership rather than setup support that quickly tapers off.
