Surprised how much setup still needs daily attention
I came in thinking that once the initial setup was done, the software would pretty much manage itself and I could focus mostly on working. However, I was surprised to find that a significant portion of the setup felt like ongoing work instead of being one-off. For example, the database needed regular manual updates and tweaking beyond what I expected. The dialer tool needed adjustments every day to stay effective. Automatic updates sometimes changed settings unexpectedly, requiring me to reconfigure things frequently. Though the support was there, having to continually revisit setup tasks was quite frustrating and made me wonder if this was the right fit for my level of time availability. I am still unsure whether the trade-off is worth it given all the effort needed to maintain the workflow smoothly on a day-to-day basis, but this unexpected maintenance workload definitely caught me off guard.
