When I first started with the software, I did not expect to spend so much time trying to figure out basic operations by myself. The access protocols seemed straightforward, but navigating the dashboard and using the dialer required trial and error. There was little guidance on integrating the database feature effectively into my workflow, which led to frustrating delays. Automatic updates would sometimes change elements without clear notification, leaving me scrambling to adapt without support. Telephonic support was available but not always able to answer my immediate questions, meaning I had to rely on forums or self-experimentation quite often. The invoicing and payment systems worked smoothly enough, but the overall experience felt more like learning a puzzle than using a product designed for ease-of-use. I expected a more intuitive onboarding experience. Instead, much of the functionality was something I had to systematically discover, which was disappointing and slowed down my productivity significantly.
