The training sessions provided clear step-by-step instructions for setting up my remote workflows, which was helpful given I had no prior experience with this kind of software. However, I soon realized that a fair amount of the actual customization and deeper features, such as managing the calling dialer settings and adjusting database filters to suit my needs, had to be explored independently. The onboarding flow guided me through the initial phases like signing up and invoice review but didn’t cover every detail, so I spent some time experimenting to understand how the automatic updates affected my dashboard or how telephonic support could be accessed efficiently. This approach wasn’t frustrating though; it actually helped me learn the system better and build confidence as I went along. By the time I was fully operational, much of what I used daily was knowledge I had developed through hands-on experience, beyond the training alone. It was a useful balance between structured teaching and self-led learning.
