Surprised how logical the onboarding steps were
I had some doubts going into the WFHI training and onboarding about how they would organize the steps. Surprisingly, the sequence made practical sense in most cases, and it was relatively easy to follow along. I started with setting up access credentials, then moved to training on the calling tools and database management, which felt like the right order since you need system access before fully diving into working with client data. The automatic updates also integrated well mid-training, so I didn’t feel left behind when the software changed slightly. However, the only small hitch was that the invoicing and payment instructions came later in the sequence, which seemed a bit odd as I was expecting financial details upfront for clearer budget planning. Even so, the training covered all the essentials by the end, and telephonic support was available when I needed to get help on specific topics. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised that the steps flowed logically and helped me ramp up without confusion, which isn’t always the case in these kinds of platforms.
