Surprised how it kept misbehaving daily
I thought the software would be simple to use after initial setup, but day-to-day it actually kept surprising me in a bad way. It would randomly disconnect the dialer or fail to update the database properly, which was very frustrating. The onboarding felt rushed and didn't really prepare me for these issues. I kept hoping the automatic updates would fix things, but they didn’t seem to help much. Honestly, what surprised me the most was how inconsistent it was after a few days of actual use, not just in the beginning. I was expecting smoother operation based on the initial demo but the daily experience was quite disappointing and quite honestly wasted a lot of my time.
