Surprised how hours matched actual work
When I first considered buying the WFHI training and software package, I wasn’t sure if the suggested usage hours would align with the hours I actually work daily. The sales process made it seem like the hours would be quite flexible, which was important to me since my availability varies each week. After using the software for a month, I realized that the dialer and calling tools integrated well with my schedule, but there were some constraints I hadn’t anticipated. For example, the database updates and automatic refreshes often happened during peak work hours, causing brief interruptions. This affected my workflow more than I expected. Additionally, the telephonic support was reachable only during limited hours that didn’t fully coincide with mine, which was surprising considering the emphasis on priority assistance during sales. The invoicing and payment process were smooth and well-explained, so no issues there. Training sessions were helpful but set at fixed times which sometimes didn’t fit well with my variable schedule. I feel that the flexibility portrayed during pre-purchase discussions didn’t fully reflect real usage conditions, which was a bit disappointing. Nevertheless, overall the product fits decently with my working hours despite those challenges, and I hope future updates will offer better alignment with diverse user schedules.
