Surprised how easy it was to find stuff
The training and onboarding materials were easier to navigate than I expected, which honestly surprised me. I had been through several similar setups before where finding detailed modules on the database or dialer took ages or required too much digging, but here everything was more straightforward. The platform guided me through the initial flow reasonably well, and although I found some parts a bit repetitive, it helped reinforce the basics. One thing I was not ready for was how well the automatic updates were integrated into the process; I didn’t have to worry about app versions or manual installs, it just worked silently in the background. That made continuing with training less cumbersome. The calling tools had a little learning curve, but I found videos and tutorials that quickly cleared them up. I’m a bit tired of answering the same questions to people about onboarding, so I appreciate this system’s clarity and order. A small downside was that some advanced database features weren't highlighted explicitly in the training, but overall finding what I needed was quite straightforward and saved time.
