Surprised how different it felt compared to what I used before
I was expecting a certain smoothness based on what I had experienced with other remote workflow software, but WFHI's offering caught me off guard in a few ways. The pre-purchase communications made signing up sound simple, but when I began the onboarding, it was quite confusing to figure out the training and software access process. The database feature seemed less integrated with the calling tools than I had hoped, which threw off my usual routine. One particular moment that surprised me was trying to get help via telephonic support; the agent was polite but didn’t seem fully equipped to answer detailed questions about the invoicing or payment system. Compared to my previous experience, I found that WFHI's automatic updates occasionally disrupted my workflow, requiring me to pause and restart tasks. In short, while the software aims to be comprehensive, for me it didn’t live up to the seamless experience I expected based on other platforms I had used, and that gap was a bit frustrating.
