Surprised by what felt smoother and what lagged behind
When I first decided to try WFHI's software and training, I came from a place where the tools were clunky and onboarding felt like a marathon. Initially, I was expecting a similar experience because of my past frustrations. What caught me off guard was how the database feature integrated more seamlessly with my workflow than what I was used to. It actually saved me some time on organizing client data, which is a big plus. However, I soon felt the calling tools and dialer part didn’t quite meet the ease I had hoped for. There were moments when calls lagged or the automatic updates seemed to interrupt ongoing work, which disrupted my flow. The onboarding flow was detailed but felt a bit drawn out compared to previous setups. On the brighter side, the telephonic support was responsive, though I would've appreciated quicker responses as I was going through the learning curve. The sign-up and payment process was pretty straightforward, so no pain there. Overall, comparing it to what I had used before, WFHI brought some improvements but also felt like it needed more polish in certain technical areas. I might keep using it, but cautiously, knowing exactly what areas could slow me down.
