Surprised by unclear invoicing explanations
The billing explanations were not as straightforward as I expected when signing up. While the system itself eventually showed the charges and payment schedules clearly, the initial communication around what to expect was vague and left me confused. The support replies were fine once contacted, but still, a more upfront and clearer description would have made the whole process smoother.
