Surprised by their responsiveness
I found the software access quite straightforward. The sign-up process was typical, nothing surprising there. But what surprised me was how responsive their team was when I reached out for support. They answered my queries quickly, which was helpful. However, I did encounter some bugs while navigating the dialer and database features. These bugs slowed down my work and sometimes I had to restart the software to get things moving. Despite the support being responsive, the software itself felt a bit buggy. I got access quickly, but the glitches made me question how smoothly I could rely on it long term. Overall, I would say the people behind the service are competent, but the software still requires some polish. That combination leaves me feeling cautiously neutral about the experience and hence my middle rating.
