Surprised by the unordered steps
I was really surprised by how the onboarding steps were arranged in the WFHI platform. One moment in particular stands out, when after setting up the user profile, I was immediately prompted to use the calling tools without much explanation or practice first. It felt like the training modules were not laid out in a logical progression, which caused confusion early on. The sequence of moving back and forth between the database setup and the dialer configuration without clear guidance left me uncertain about what to do next. In most other systems, I have noticed a more linear process that builds confidence step by step. Here, the instructions felt vague at times and important details seemed to come late if at all. The invoicing and payment setup was better documented, but by then I was already frustrated with the earlier stages. Support was available, but I wish the whole flow had simply been better structured so I didn’t rely on it as much. Overall, the mixed order of training and onboarding steps caught me off guard and hindered my ability to learn the platform efficiently. I expected a more sensible step-by-step approach that would have made the process smoother and quicker.
