Surprised by the straightforward pre-purchase process
What caught me off guard was how efficiently the whole pre-purchase experience unfolded without much back and forth. I expected to be bounced between different contacts or to wait ages for responses, but the sales team kept communications pretty linear and clear. There were some clarifications about features and the invoicing process, but these were handled promptly. Repetition was minimal since I had prepared some questions earlier, and the person on the phone addressed them well. Although I anticipated a wait during onboarding after purchase, the software setup moved quickly, so that was another plus. So while the process wasn’t too flashy or rushed, it had a well-measured pace that I actually appreciated. I liked that it didn’t drag on unnecessarily.
