The process of getting access to the software surprised me in ways I hadn't anticipated. While the sign-up and invoicing were clearly structured and easy to follow, I expected the onboarding flow to be more intuitive. Instead, the step order felt somewhat disjointed. For example, I found myself needing to wait before accessing some key features like the database and dialer, which slowed down my initial progress. On the upside, once I got through the training modules, the calling tools worked without much hassle. I appreciated the automatic updates that seemed to keep the software current without manual effort. However, I did have a small reservation about how smoothly the invoicing tied into actual payment—it was clear enough but could feel a bit formal for the casual pace I was hoping for. Overall, the experience was mixed: some parts worked well while others required more patience. It wasn't a terrible start but didn't quite meet my expectations for a seamless start to remote workflow management either.
