Surprised by the scattered support steps causing delays

I found the telephonic support experience with WFHI to be unexpectedly frustrating because the steps they asked me to follow were not in a sensible order. When I first contacted them, I was expecting a logical troubleshooting flow that would help me progress through setup stage by stage, but instead, the guidance jumped around between different unrelated tasks which made tracking progress very difficult. This disorder meant that even after multiple calls I was still stuck trying to figure out why some software features were not working as expected. The frustration was compounded by the fact that I had confirmed the steps taken each time but had to repeat some of them when the next support agent asked since their process was not aligned. There was no clear checklist or sequence to follow, which meant a lot of back and forth without productive resolution. I had hoped that the onboarding and training would clarify usage, but the need to rely on support in a disorganized way made me lose confidence. The software itself feels well-designed, but the communication and support failed to deliver a coherent plan. Overall, the lack of sensible ordering in support steps was the biggest setback in getting the system to work for my remote workflow needs.
