Surprised by the order of sales process steps, didn’t follow my expectations
The initial steps for purchasing and onboarding WFHI’s software seemed out of sequence compared to what I usually expect. The sales process started with product demos and pricing information, which was straightforward. But after deciding to proceed, I was asked for payment details before receiving full training materials or access to the software itself, which felt odd to me. I would have thought the trial or training access would come first. The sign-up was quick but made me feel pressured to confirm payment early, before I fully understood the workflow or database features. Only after payment did I get onboarding instructions and telephonic support contacts. So the whole flow seemed reversed from the logical order I was used to; I expected to test features more thoroughly first. Support was available but reactive rather than proactive in guiding me through early stages. Automatic updates were fine but the call tools felt under-explained until late in the process. Overall this surprised me and made me question if the system was ready for my needs at that point. I might reconsider if the steps were arranged more sensibly, with easier initial exploration.
