Surprised by the mix of clarity and confusion
I started the onboarding process thinking it would be straightforward, and in many ways, it was. The training videos explained the core software features quite clearly, which made the initial setup reasonably smooth. However, what surprised me was the inconsistency in how some advanced tools were introduced. Certain modules, especially related to the database management and automated updates, felt glossed over with less explanation than I expected. This left me pausing frequently to figure out details on my own, which was frustrating. That said, the telephonic support was fairly accessible during the hours I worked, and I could get answers when I really needed them, which helped balance out my experience. I also appreciated that the sign-up and invoicing process was seamless and well-documented, so nothing was confusing there. Overall, while the main features were well explained, I had to adapt a bit when it came to more complex workflows. The mixed approach to the training has made me realize that I might need to supplement the provided materials with some self-study to fully master the system. I think this setup could improve with more uniform clarity across all sections to avoid leaving users like me feeling stuck sometimes, but I am hopeful as the basics are quite solid and support is readily available.
