Surprised by the logical step order in pre-purchase process
Looking back at the sales and pre-purchase process with WFHI, I was pleasantly surprised how the steps seemed to follow a sensible order. At first, I was skeptical because sometimes these things try to rush you or jumble information, but here, it started with clear explanations of the software features and training options right from the get-go. I appreciated that the sign-up steps came after that, not before, so I had enough context to make a thoughtful decision. The sequence of explaining the calling tools, database capabilities, and ongoing support before payment details helped me feel confident about what I was committing to. On the flip side, some parts felt a bit formal, and I had to wait a little between the sales call and access to the training videos, which was a minor inconvenience. Still, all in all, the process avoided confusion and felt well-tailored to someone new to remote workflow software. The invoicing was clear and came promptly, which rounded off a reassuring start. I hadn’t expected such an organized flow, so that was a positive surprise.
