Surprised by the lack of confidence after training
When I first started the training and onboarding process, I expected to feel comfortable and ready to use the software confidently by the end. The training sessions covered a lot of material, including navigation of the calling tools, dialer, and database management. However, I was surprised to find that by the time onboarding completed, I still felt uncertain about managing workflows independently. The pace of the training was sometimes too fast, and there was repetition of some modules that felt unnecessary while others requiring more explanation were skimmed over. The automatic updates to the software caused some confusion rather than clarity, as new features changed how certain tasks were performed without much warning. Telephonic support was available, but I often had to wait longer than expected, which added to my hesitation. The invoicing and payment procedures were fairly clear, and sign-up was smooth, which I appreciated amidst my other concerns. Overall, while there was some helpful content and support was available, the process did not fully instill the confidence I hoped for. I expected to finish feeling ready, but instead, I felt the need for more hands-on practice and clearer guidance on using the features effectively.
