Surprised by the initial confidence but not the final experience
When I first started exploring the WFHI platform, I was optimistic about how smoothly the sales and pre-purchase process would go. The sign-up was straightforward, and I found the invoicing clear enough which gave me some initial confidence. However, as I progressed through onboarding and training, I realized the workflow setup was not as intuitive as I expected. I kept waiting for the promised automatic updates to improve the experience, but they didn’t seem to change much in the user interface or functionalities that I struggled with. The calling tools like the dialer worked okay, though not flawlessly; I had to restart it a few times during my usual work sessions. Telephonic support was available but felt slow and not very proactive during my queries about database integration. Overall, while one can say the payment process did the job without glitches, I was left questioning whether the software would handle more advanced remote workflows effectively. By the end of the onboarding, I felt less confident than at the start, surprised by how much I had to rely on trial and error rather than clear guidance.
