Surprised by the delays and repetitive steps

Initially, I was optimistic about the training and onboarding process offered by WFHI, especially considering their claims of streamlining remote workflows through their software and guided sessions. However, I found myself facing unexpected waiting times during the early stages, particularly while setting up my database and configuring calling tools. There were several repeated prompts to revisit basics I felt I had already learned, which was a bit frustrating given the time I had allocated. That said, some aspects did work well; the telephonic support was relatively timely in responding whenever I needed help clarifying software functionalities. Automatic updates also kept the system running smoothly, reducing the need for manual intervention. The invoicing and payment process was straightforward and transparent, so no complaints there. Yet, the inconsistency in pacing between instructional steps and software responsiveness caught me off guard. Despite this, I could appreciate the software’s potential to become an effective part of my workflow after some adjustment. Overall, the onboarding experience was a mixed bag — there were fruitful moments enhanced by good support and automation, but these were tempered by surprising delays and repetitive content that slowed my initial progress.
