Surprised by the confusing sales details
Initially, I thought signing up with WFHI would be straightforward, but I was surprised by how unclear some sales information felt when I was evaluating the software and training package. While the invoicing process itself was systematic, the details about what exactly was included seemed vague at times, which made me hesitate. On the positive side, the payment process was smooth and I appreciated the quick telephonic support during my queries. However, even after multiple calls, the initial confidence I expected to develop was a bit lacking because some tools and features weren't explained fully beforehand. Being clearer on these sales and access points would have helped build more trust and made me feel more confident about the product.
