Surprised by the clarity of sales language
I was rather surprised at how clearly the sales materials and labels on the platform were presented. When reviewing the product offerings and training options, the wording made sense without the usual confusion I’ve encountered with similar software. The database and dialer features were labeled intuitively, which made navigating through the menus more straightforward than I expected. That said, some of the onboarding instructions felt a bit formal, almost like a complaint in tone, which was unusual. I appreciated the absence of jargon and the direct approach to describing the billing and payment processes. However, I still felt that a few areas could be made simpler, especially when it came to explaining invoicing steps. Nevertheless, the overall clarity surprised me positively, and I’m inclined to keep using the software because of that ease of understanding.
