Surprised by the balance of ease and complexity

Once I got past the initial training and onboarding phase, the day-to-day use of the software showed both strengths and some drawbacks that surprised me a little. On one hand, the calling tools and dialer functioned reliably throughout busy days, allowing me to keep track of contacts through the database feature without frequent glitches. On the other hand, some updates seemed to change interfaces subtly, which required occasional adjustments in my workflow and made me wonder if I had missed the update notes. The telephonic support was accessible, but I found that resolving complex questions sometimes took a few calls rather than one. That said, the sign-up and payment process was clean and consistent, so no issues there. Overall, the system managed to be convenient and efficient, but I wasn’t prepared for how the smoother swing of one function could be matched by a bit of unexpected complication in another. It definitely made me think more carefully about how to adapt daily.
