Surprised by the access challenges I faced
I was initially optimistic about using WFHI’s software and access features for my remote setup, but I have to admit I reached the end feeling somewhat uncertain. One thing that caught me off guard was how often I had difficulties accessing certain features during busy hours, especially the database syncing and the dialer. It wasn’t clear whether this was a temporary technical glitch or a limitation within the system itself. The onboarding felt more complicated than I expected, and even though the telephonic support tried to assist, responses sometimes felt slow or vague, which made me wonder if the software was fully reliable. On the other hand, the automatic updates were seamless enough and didn’t interfere with my work, which was a relief. I wasn’t unhappy with the payment process or invoicing—they both worked without hassle—but the uncertainty about smooth access made it harder for me to feel confident. I suppose I was surprised that such a core aspect wasn’t as solid as I had hoped by the time I finished the initial period using the tools.
