Surprised by quick help but some setup problems lingered
The training handled most things fine, especially the basic setup introduction which was clear and easy to follow. However, I was surprised at how quickly they responded when I encountered an unexpected problem with the dialer during setup. It was encouraging that help arrived quickly on the phone. Still, the glitch itself was unexpected and caused delays which the training didn't prepare me for. Overall, I thought the way issues were handled was decent but I had hoped for fewer hiccups at the start. The support's swift assistance was positive, though, and it helped me get back on track when things went wrong, which I appreciated.
