Surprised by ongoing updates unlike previous experiences
Comparing WFHI’s software and training to some other systems I have used before, I was quite surprised by how frequently automatic updates arrived. Previously, updates were rare and always required manual installation, which disrupted workflow. Here, the updates seemed smoother and more regular, which initially took some getting used to but ultimately was helpful in maintaining the system’s relevance. The onboarding and sign-up processes were as expected, with clear invoicing and responsive telephonic support. Still, some aspects of the software interface felt less intuitive compared to others I have tried, making the learning curve a bit steeper. The database integration worked well enough, though I’ve seen simpler setups elsewhere. This mixed experience leaves me cautiously optimistic about WFHI, since the standout update system surprised me positively even as some routine features weren't quite what I expected from past software.
