Surprised by mixed everyday software behavior
Initially, I was quite optimistic about WFHI's offering based on the sales pitch, which seemed clearly laid out. The sign-up and payment system worked just fine, which was a relief. But then, when using the software day to day, some aspects surprised me. For instance, the calling tools and dialer would perform smoothly most days but occasionally lagged or dropped connections unexpectedly, which was frustrating. On the other hand, the database feature fit my workflow pretty well, making certain tasks more efficient than I anticipated. The automatic updates sometimes happened at inconvenient moments, disrupting ongoing work, which I hadn’t foreseen. I kept wondering if this was normal or if there was something I needed to adjust. Support was available but not always responsive enough for my liking during these hiccups. I’m still weighing whether these inconsistencies will improve over time or if this is just part of the everyday experience. Honestly, I didn’t expect some of these quirks from a software suite like this. It feels like a bit of a mixed bag, but I’m hoping to understand it better and get more used to the flow as I go along.
