Surprised by how unclear the explanations were
I started the training thinking it would be straightforward to follow, given that the software aims to assist remote workflows. However, the explanations often left me confused. Some parts felt underexplained, with key steps skipped or not described clearly, which made it difficult to understand how to use the calling tools effectively. I found myself replaying videos and reading documents repeatedly but still unsure. The onboarding flow seemed simple at first, but later sections didn’t provide enough detail to make me confident. I expected clearer guidance, especially for beginners. Though I acknowledge some updates are automatic and might help address issues, that did not fix my core problem of unclear initial explanations. Honestly, I was surprised that the training content wasn’t better structured or detailed, because I thought that would be one of the most important things to get right here.
