Surprised by how unclear some things were

When I first explored the service, I thought the sales and pre-purchase explanations would be pretty straightforward, but that wasn’t entirely the case. Some details were communicated in a way that made me pause and wonder if I really understood what I was signing up for. Not all the terms were as clear as they could have been, especially around how access and features would actually work day-to-day. I guess I had expected a little more upfront clarity to avoid any confusion later on. On the positive side, the initial demos gave a fair idea of the software’s core functions, so there was something concrete to base my judgment on. But other parts, like pricing terms and support levels, felt a bit vague, which was surprising for a paid product. Perhaps this is something that will be improved with time as the team gathers more feedback. The sign-up and payment process itself was as smooth as I hoped, so at least completing the purchase felt secure. I suppose overall, my impression is mixed mainly because the lack of clear communication took some of the shine off what could have been a clearer lead-in to using the software confidently.
