Surprised by how the training fit my hours
I wasn’t expecting the training to be as flexible as it turned out to be. It mostly fitted my actual working hours, which surprised me pleasantly because I assumed there would be a rigid schedule. That said, some of the sessions did occur at times when I was busy, making it a bit difficult to keep up consistently. The training material itself was comprehensive and engaging, but I would have appreciated a few more options to access the modules asynchronously. The automatic updates to the platform kept things current without interrupting my workflow, and the dialer tool functioned pretty well throughout. Signing up and handling payments was straightforward, with clear invoicing which made the process easy to manage. So while the timing wasn’t perfect, it was decent enough to make the training viable for my routine.
