Surprised by how the steps sometimes felt scrambled
When I first started with the onboarding process, I was genuinely surprised by the sequence of steps. Some parts made sense, especially when setting up the calling tools and exploring the dialer feature—it was quite straightforward. However, I found the flow between database setup and automatic updates a bit confusing; it felt like the system expected me to configure things before even introducing the training materials properly. On the plus side, the telephonic support was responsive and guided me well through initiating the software, which helped clear up some muddled steps. But the invoicing and payment sections seemed to come abruptly, without much context or explanation. I felt that a clearer roadmap at the start could help users like me navigate the process more confidently. Overall, the steps were neither perfectly seamless nor completely disorganized, but the mix left me with a sense of uneven pacing. I appreciated that the automatic updates ran quietly in the background without disruptions, and the software itself was reasonably stable. Still, some ordering tweaks in the onboarding sequence would definitely enhance the user experience. As it stands, I’m cautiously optimistic and see room for polish but value the support that helped me get through the initial bumps.
